This was intended for a web graphic for the upcoming web site, but I'm reconsidering as I have some alternate ideas. This was also my first serious attempt at painting a car. I'm much more inclined toward the organic when it comes to art. I didn't think I'd enjoy it, but it ended up being a lot of fun. Classic cars are just so pretty to look at anyway. It's based on the 1929 Ford Model A "Fordor." The story setting will be St. Louis, which was no Chicago, but an interesting city with an interesting history nonetheless.
